| Qualification for membership
in the Chattanooga Civitan Club shall be limited to persons
of good moral standing who desires to become associated with
it and are in sympathy with its purposes. |
|

With these qualifications we
invite you to volunteer your talents and support to help
Civitan help people. Complete and application form, pay a
$20.00 initiation fee and start the process. The fee is to
cover the cost of the new membership kit and your lapel pin.

|
Club dues are $160.00 per quarter,
payable the first of each calendar quarter. Dues include
your Friday noon meal, District and International dues, The
e-Civichat and the Civitan magazine. |
